Someone's Gone.

Her name was Brittany Murphy. She died today. I don't know why this hit me more than finding out Michael Jackson died. I was never a big fan of her either, and the only movie I can remember her from is "Uptown Girls" with Dakota Fanning(being all Anna Wintour and whatnot) and recently "The Dead Girl" which I watched last week and again today with my parents (because I had to show them this amazing movie).

"The Dead Girl" tells five different stories that all connect in the end. "The Stranger", "The Sister", "The Wife", "The Mother" & "The Dead Girl", and Murphy is the dead girl, a twenty-something year old prostitute who is murdered, but that's not the good part, or the part that gets you, the ending is what makes you say almost tear, and I believe that's why Murphy's dead was a bit more shocking, because I somewhat got attached to this movie and her role in "TDG".
