embarrassing to realize how vain my blog is, and that obviously reflects on me. How vain it is to care about clothes and all that? It made me so embarrassed that I wanted to delete all my posts and start again but then I realized that this was my "personal" space, and that I do worry about way more important things than all these pretentious crap but I don't decide to talk about them in here due to privacy terms and things that are too personal to share. I decided to unfollow all these "fashion/party" blogs, except for Pel, because you know...okay, whatever, but going back to the previous thing, I decided to ufollow them because I don't care about fashion I can't even wear at the moment. By the way, the other time I was thinking what "style and fashion" were like in the early 2000s, before twitpic, tumblr and lookbook existed, which I think is what really defines what is "cool/okay/badass and/or over rated" and makes me want to stray away from trying to be stylish because you can never be up to date with these trends and you can never be cool enough, plus I'm kind of glad my career path does not require me to be "fierce." I don't want to know what people in LA are doing, I don't want to wish I was doing what they're doing, or their skinny faces and great voluminous hair. I want to know what local bloggers are thinking about in regards, and specially to 1070. I mean, do people even understand the big impact and how greatly this affects the state?
You know, I linked this last question to Lady Gaga, specially since her biggest fan base is homosexual and she has this great world wide influence. Hearing more and more gay people talk about how "great Lady gaga is" or "how fierce she is" or "how obscure her last video was" (totally lame by the way) really irritates me. Don't they see? She claims that she wants to create a place for people like her who were/are "freaks", where they can liberate and be a freak without any repercussions and yet, what causes does she really support that are non-profit? If I was gaga, and had this much influence on the youth of America, I would make my stance clear against 1070. It's obviously a racist law, obviously, it was written by White Supremacists--google it. What if homosexuals were in the same place? What if American got too Christian and decided to say "We will detain anyone that we have high suspicion of being a homosexual" How can you know that person is a homosexual besides their feminism or appearance? See, what I'm trying to get at?
