or asked my why I'm always talking about stuff related to my left arm and how I bitch about how hard it is for me to get muscular arms, here it goes:
Okay when I was about 7 or 8, I broke up my arm(elbow) in a mechanical bull. Ever since, I have not been able to stretch it down completely. So it's permanently at a 140 degree. Since I can't stretch it down completely, there has been a lack of proper and full exercise and it looks a LOT thinner than my right arm. Many people say they don't notice it but I do, since I see all these guys with toned arms, wearing tank tops and whatnot.
So there, I can't do bench presses, or do weight lifts properly. I can't seem to build muscle mass or definition and it makes me very self conscious but what can I do but wait for implants, or work my arm off and make something happen.
SO my plan is to be thin but fit/athletic, since I can't be big and muscular like I want to.
